We will find you a suitable tenant for the property and oversee their move into the property. Once they have moved into the property the day to day management of the property would be left up to you, the Landlord.

  • Accompanied viewings of the property
  • Tenant referencing
  • Deposit and first month’s rent collection
  • Tenancy Agreement provided and signed by both parties on commencement of tenancy
  • Advice on all regulations required for successful lettings

2. FULL MANAGEMENT SERVICE: THIS SERVICE INCLUDES

  • Tenant find
  • Accompanied viewings of the property
  • Tenant referencing
  • Arranging Inventory check in
  • Deposit and first month’s rent collection
  • Utilities hand over
  • Tenancy Agreement provided
  • Rent collected monthly
  • Periodic inspections of the property ( property report provided)
  • Any maintenance required carried out on behalf of the landlord
  • Detailed accounts of the property prepared monthly
  • Arranging Inventory check-out at end of tenancy
  • Utility re-instated to landlord’s account at end of tenancy

3. FULL MANAGEMENT AND RENT GUARANTEE SERVICE: THIS SERVICE INCLUDES:

The same as Full Management Service plus rent guarantee for the length of the tenancy.
